It is a Virginia law that we must see a proof of rabies, so to abide by the law we must have a proof of current rabies. You can either bring in a copy of it for us to keep or we can make a copy of it here. All other vaccines are not required for your furry family to get groomed with us.

The only thing we need you to bring with you is your pet and the proof of rabies.

For a bath or a haircut for one or two dogs, it will take about 2-3 hours. If you are bringing in a bigger fur-family it may be longer.  We will give you a more exact time quote when you come in

It varies, It is recommended every 4-6 weeks for a healthy, happy pooch. Important criteria to be considered:

Nails. If nails get too long, the dog can’t walk comfortably and can lead to health issues like torn or broken nails and arthritis.

Coat. If the coat on a long haired dog is not trimmed and brushed regualrly, matting can occur leading to other problems such as hematomas and hot spots, resulting in having to shave the coat down.

We would love to accomidate all of our clients, including walk-ins, but with the growth of the business, we tend to book up about a week in advance for haircuts and baths. We highly recommend you call and make an appointment, as the likelihood of us having an opening that day is very slim. If you would like just a nail trim, please give us a call before you come and we will do our best to squeeze you in that day.
